What will the doctor tell and what are the treatments available? Any meds available?

  1. You should observe her closely to see if this is so due to the amount of liquid intake. I`ve had my fair share of UTIs and if a child had one, you`d know. There`s usually a burning sensation and belly pains associated with UTI. Usually, kids grow out of the need to go so frequently. There are treatments such as Detrol but I think that`s for adults. I think you should monitor her closely before coming to any conclusions.


  2. It sounds like she may have a UTI and needs to go to the doctor.  

  3. My dd who is now 6 has had this prob for as long as I can remember.

    Does your dd have regular bowl movements? That is the prob with my dd when she isn't regular it affects how often and how much she pees.. I know sounds weird but the dr put her on some medicine to help her stay regular with her bowls and now she doesn't need to pee as often
