I think my boyfriend is doing coke again.?

I found a small bag of coke in my boyfriends apartment in between his mattress last august. he said it was his friends and his friend left it there. he flushed it down the toilet. then a couple months later i found anouther bag in his medicine cabinet with a pen cap obviously to scoop it with. i confronted him he said it wasnt his then he flushed it. i then found an empty bag in his pocket he said he was playing poker with some buddies and some guy gave it to him. and he promised not to do it again. i wanted to believe him but wasnt sure so i went through his apartment when he wasnt home and found two more empty bags. i never told him that i found them. i havent seen anything since. but now im 8 months pregnant with his child and he lives with me. i have this gut feeling that he is doing it again. i found these coupons in his work pants for mucinex-d some nasal spray and pills to clean out his sinuses. i didnt confront him yet because i want to know from you all what i should do. i dont know how people act when they are on coke. i know one of the signs is dilated pupils but they never are so now what? please help.

Well you are in a pickle. I would tell you to buy a home drug test. When he is acting funny have him take one. Coke makes people have energy all of a sudden it is time to party and clean and joke. If you notice him acting a little too animated, if he sweats a lot too. I have a ton of GFs going through similar stuff. I wish you luck. This young man needs an intervention before things escalate to another level.

sweetie, he's a coke head..but if you want to be sure go to the drug store and get a home drug test kit. hit him with it unexpectedly. but remember coke only stays in your system for 3 days so maybe do it a few times. i understand how you feel...be careful

Confront him. For his sake, for your sake, and for your babies sake he needs to get help. If he decides he does want help, support him 100%. If he refuses to get help, then you need to leave him.

If you are living with someone, and going to have his child, I would think you could come right out and ask him. You know if he is lying, if you know them well at all. If you do think he is tell him that you will not tolerate it and a choice has to be made right then. If you suspect it again, then tell him to get out of your life, and you will set up controlled visitation with the baby. If that doesn't shake him up nothing will. Believe me sometimes the addiction is stronger than the love for someone else.  If he wants help then go to a center and get clean, but don't enable him to continue this way of life.

Dont rush into it. Confront him recourse, but do it in a way where he doesn't feel like your screaming at him or else he is going to shut down. Try and be calm and suggest help not command him. Also tell him that you are there for him and you can get through his addiction together

Leave him now.  You know that if he is  on coke that this is the most important thing in his life right now.  He will lie, he will do anything to keep his habit up.  He can say anything to try and stop you from leaving but he will definitely not stop his coke.  Your best bet is to leave now while you can.  Pregnant or not you don't need the complication of drugs in your life right now and in your child's life either.  Good luck with everything.  You are a smart girl and I know that you will make the right decision.  If you saw it then you are observant and smart enough to know what is going on and you are definitely smart enough to know what will happen in the future.

theres not many signs to doin coke its not like smokin pot or getting drunk. just look for him getting jittery, kinda hyper, cant sit still sorta thing. thats about the best i can tell you if you cant catch his pupils dialated. i hope hes not for you and your baby. i would say just talk to him. if hes living in your house and yll have a kid, what happends if the baby finds it one day? it could die. what happends if he gets caught with it and the babys in the car? the baby will be taken away from both of you. i think you should talk to him, if youve found that many bags and that many empty ones i believe hes probably doin it. i feel he may have flushed them to try and make yout hink hes not doin it. hope for the best
