I think my boyfriend is lying about a kid he has.How can I find out if he pays child support to them?

I have gotten phone calls from this women, who says the kid she has is my boyfriends. He denies it, says it isn't true. But I think he maybe paying her child support. I don't care if he does have a kid,but if the kid is his, it was before me. But if he is secretly using my money to pay her i will leave him. Please help how can i find out? I notice money from accounts missing and its always the same date out of every month.

Then wake up !!! He is lying to you and stealing money from you- what else is he doing? go to the bank- open a new account with only your name on it-  and let the bank know about this.

I know enough about life to know that women do not just call out of nowhere and accuse men of fathering their children.  I would believe the woman!  In addition, if this child is his and he denies it then he is not a good man and I would not want him in my life because he is not being a proper father.  If he is not properly taking care of that child then he is not likely to care for yours.  As to checking the support payments, you can always check if the support payment issue was in court if it was then there will be a record of it.  Just go to the family court and ask for endorsements/final order under his name.  This is public access information and anyone can ask for it.
