I think my cat is trying to become sexual with me . What do I do ?

He's about 7 years old and he's been fixed for a long time . I got him about 2 yrs ago and he does weird things like hump the air by my head while Im lying down in bed and things like that . What causes this and how do I correct it ?

Haha...He just loves you a whole lot! If he's fixed, then it's nothing to worry about. Just swat or push him away if the behavior really bothers you. Eventually, he'll learn not to do it.

My cat has been fixed for the past seven years, as well, but he always humps my soft blankets. (the material baby blankets are made from). He only does it when we're gone, though. I'm not sure why! Very strange. lol

yeah this is normal for neutered cats.

just get used to it or tell him "NO"

Why would you want to correct it?  Clearly he is telling you how attractive you are.  I like it when people/animals tell me how attractive I am.  Can I come visit?

Even neutered cats will do this occasionally. They really can't help it (it's not because they feel sexual or anything--it's just residual behavior.)  Just push him away gently with a firm loud NO. He'll get the idea.

My roomie does that and he's not even a pu--sy.   I usually swat at him or throw a handful of cheeze-its into a far corner.   He's about 22 years old and speaks German.

He can't help it. he just loves you to pieces. And all he wants to do is mark his territory which is you my dear. Be happy, he really loves you. LOL
