I think my cockatiel might be sick?

There is something wrong with our cockatiel it keeps on shaking it's head and it keeps its head bent over. Sometimes when he looks to the side he shakes his head as if he were drunk or dizzy. It's not the shaking of the head when you do a high pitch noise. He is shaking his head weird. I think he's sick.
