I think my dog have Kennel Cought?

I have a 7 month old baby and I was wondering if he can catch the Kennel cough. my dog is at the vet right now and I will now in a few hours his that's really that but I heard that human can catch kennel cough. Please let me know anything I can do to prevent my baby to catch it?

Most, if not all, diseases that dogs have cannot be transferred to humans. The exceptions of course are if a person gets bitten by a rabid dog and also dogs (mostly puppies) that have worms can spread them to humans.

With Kennel Cough you don't have anything to worry about.
