I think my eyes are a gross color. Advice on them and ways to somehow change the color?

I want to try getting colored contacts as a very LAST resort, but is there any way, like eye makeup that I could wear to distract from the color of them? I -really- dislike the color.

honestly eyes are unique about everybody i dnt know if you believe in god but everything about you was made for a reason everything that  happens it happens for a reason but always believe be your self that means dnt change nothing about you thats what i say about that

I would kill to have your eyes.  Mine are blue-grey, it's disgusting.  I wear alot of eyeliner, that makes them look alot darker I guess.

Well you can experiment with like fake eyelashes and try different shades. I don't know alot bout this stuff cuz im a guy so good luck

i love your eye colour their really pretty mine are just dark brown...well if you really hate them just get brown,blue,green contacts or different other coloured contacts

Personally, i don't think they are that bad, but a brown eyeshadow or like a whitish one would help. You could also get the colored contacts if you can't find anything. Talk to a makeup person too, like someone who works at a makeup store, they are trained for stuff like this.

Burgandy/purple eyeshadows will bring out the green of your eyes and really made them pop.

be careful what you complain about because some people don't have eyes or they are blind ....and to really answer your ?, there is nothing wrong with your eye color, you have a very unique color and some people wish that your eye color was theirs because if you look at freshlook contacts there is an artifical color similar to your god-given natural one

i think your eyes are great...and maybe instead of changing the color, playing them up can make them even prettier...for example, my eyes are really dark, but if i wear the right colors, they "change" colors

Here are two options:

ONE

1. try a matte light lavender eyeshadow all over the lid...it'll play up the color

2. brown liquid eyeliner painted very close to the lashes

3. brush out the lashes...

4 (opp.) brown mascara

TWO (good for night/ parties or whatever)

1. a see through emerald green eyeshadow, on the outer corner of your eyes...close to the lash line

2. brown pencil eyeliner all around the eye or just the corner...you pick, line the rims, top and bottom...try revlons exaggerate liner in a darkish brown color

3. brown mascara

Your eyes arent a gross color theyre beautiful!Eyes are always one of the best features on your face.I think you should move your hair out of your eyes to start and maybe put on some eye shadow to bring out the color something darker will look great with them
