  1. yup itch indeed add rocksalt with methylene blue with good water condition and aeration.

  2. sounds like ich, but without the sugar like spots it is hard to tell.

  3. They're probably developing it use aquarium salt in a different tank and put the sick fishes in. Put the salt in and heat the water to 82 to 85F

  4. Flashing (scratching against decorations) is not a symptom specific to Ich, just some kind of external irritation.  It could be ammonia, beginning to burn the fish's skin, high levels of nitrate irritating the fish, the beginnings of a bacterial, parasitic, or fungal skin infection, or even just an itch.  Until you see other Ich-specific symptoms, I would NOT medicate.  Instead, start by testing the water for ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate, and a performing a water change.

  5. I think your fish might have a different disease. When my fish had ick there were lots of very noticeable white spots all over them. If you type in 'Fish Diseases' on google you will probably find websites that tell you what they might have. Or else watch your fish to see if white spots do appear and ask someone at a petstore what to do about it.

  6. does sound the beginning of white spot use a treatment because it is highly infectious disease that spreads rapidly
