I think my goldfish is spawning?

my goldfish frank keeps chasing 2 of my girl goldfish around. they shake there tails like if they were dancing there fully grown.

maybe frank just a pimp

if the males(chaser) has white spots on their gills and the female's stomachs are swelled up they are spawning.
