I think my grandfather wants to molest me???

seriously. what should i do. he always wants me to "help" him in the basement.and whenever i'm around he always smacks my butt. and always takes his shirt and pants off. what do you think?

Start with telling your folks he makes you uncomfortable.  It didn't work for me but, it might for you.  It sounds like he might want to initiate you.  DON'T.  It would stick with you for the rest of your life.

It happened to me 30+ yrs ago and I still get angry over it.
