  1. There could be something wrong with the electrical wiring. Check with you electric company, as for the voice, maybe there was an open window or a vent that someone screamed into. What can I say, I'm a woman of science. What did you see in your room?

  2. omggg i think you should play with the Ouija board and ask it. that would be intense.

  3. Ghosts exist.  I feel sorry for you because I'm sure is extremely frightening but most ghosts do not want to do harm.  It could be that the new house is on the site of their old home or work place or on the road where they lived or died.

Yours sounds like a poltergeist which plays pranks or throws things, etc.  Poltergeists can be initiated by emotions & stresses in pre- or pubescent females.

There's lots on the internet.  If it escalates, call a priest to bless the house, keep records, call or email some type of

"ghost hunters organization" or your closest college with a metaphysical department, etc. to find someone to talk to & get advice from.   See a local physic or ask around your friends & acquaintances 2c if anyone knows a 'sensitive' who can detect spirit activity, etc.  Sensitives are all around us but don't 'publicize' much.

Wish I knew more & could help!

  4. wow dam and you still live there man i would have left so quick you got guts or stupidity just beg your parents to leave

  5. You are adjusting to a new environment, and the imagination will play tricks. Give it time.

  6. I wouldn't worry too much about it, until it tries to hurt you or your family. Then I would move.

  7. yeah i agree with the first person who answered....that sounds really creepy. i dont blame you for wanting to sleep in another room.

  8. ask the spirit for tomorrow's lottery numbers

  9. I had this experience too once but ghost are attracted to light so i suggest to unplug all lights at night and when going to sleep andif you hear ghost i have heard talking back to ghost works. i hope it helped!

  10. thats creepy..that would scare the c**p out of me 2....mayb u should try unpluggin the light in ur room?......and if its a switch..try taping it down:P

  11. I rented a room from a friend when I was in college. Her mother had died in the house and my friend was never home. (Staying at her boyfriends.) Every morning all the lights in the house were turned on, at 6 every morning the pots and pans would rattle as if someone were making breakfast. I found it annoying as I was unable to sleep in. After I moved out, my friend had the most difficult time renting out her inherited home. Her tenants would complain that the house was haunted and would leave, sometimes breaking their lease. I built a home a few years ago, it was far removed from the road, but the spot seemed ideal (Lay of the land). For a while  my wife and I had the strangest sense we were not alone. (There is a small family cemetery only 300-400 feet away, the graves are from the late 1700's). I would occasionally here a footstep or walking and at times felt as though I was being watched. One day my wife swears that while leaving the house she caught a glimpse of something, she turned and saw, for the briefest of moments, our home, clapped in a different siding and a farmer in overalls walking into it. We also found the remnants of an old grape arbor and now believe that perhaps our home sits on or near a spot that another home may once have stood. I have never felt fear from these encounters (except once). My suggestion is to have a party and break your home in so that it really feels like yours (change the mojo), and if you have any more encounters, tell the disembodied voice that if it wants to stay, it should leave you alone. I have another story about a Ouija board some friends and I used in another cemetery where witches were supposed to be buried. (Juvenile event). That was the most frightening encounter I have ever experienced, since then, there hasn't been much that spooks me.

Many encounters with the supernatural have occurred where there are strong magnetic fields or where energy lines meet. These energy lines are what dowsers use when locating water. Cats are said to be sensitive to them. I also read that ants tend to build nest along negative energy lines. My property has numerous ant hills that run in a diagonal line right to our home. I think you shouldn't worry. You should establish the home as yours by letting any spirits know that you intend to stay. Fear is a negative emotion and a powerful source of anxiety that heightens the anxiety you have; in a sort of spiral, feeding on itself. Be not afraid. Have pity on a soul that is trapped and try to help it move on.

  12. Yeah it is creepy.

  13. Just so were clear on this...

    Ghosts don't exist.

Yes that sounds creepy, no your house is not haunted. Maybe you should ask your electicity board or call in an electrician, and as for the rest you were probably just scared already.

  14. Dats Just Scaarrrrrrry!

Maybe You Should Get One Of Those Mediums In? Derek Accorah Sum1 Like Dat, Or Get Sum1 Who Removes Bad Spirits, Ghost Etc From your House :)

  15. I used to live in a house like that.  Most ghost/spirits dont intend harm.  They do tend to get active when there is trouble or stressful situations.  It may be just trying to get your attention to see your reaction.  Some tend to stay in a certain room or part of the house too.

  16. Has anyone around you died recently? Because if its brand new it cant be a ghost stranger. unless it was built over an ancient burial ground. lol.
