  1. cut back the dead parts and keep it healthy now. It will probably come back.

  2. Boy I hope you did not prune it !!!!!!!!  This happens alot in the Georgia heat . I cant keep mine watered enough. When they doop I can water them and they will perk up in about 2 hours . Trust me !!!!

The flowers are normal - they are finished blooming now. You can trim them off if you wish. Don't prune them now as they are setting flowers for next year...........Like I said, you can nip off the dead blooms but nothing more.

Grab a cold drink and the water hose !!!!!!!!!  :):)

    Water and mulch them.............

They are not dead trust me - they are just droopy water hogs in the dog days of summer

  3. those are the most misunderstood plants of all time.  cut off the brown flowers.[unless you want to make a fall wreath with them] and get some miracid by miracle grow and give it a huge miracid drink every night or late afternoon.  they really have to be babied for a year or two.  don't give up.

  4. cut back the dead and brown. water till autumn. prune in winter
