I think my neighbor poisioned my dog !! help quick!!?

they have 3 dogs so i thought i was being nice, now my dog is acting real weird she wont move. like she sleeping, but i am pushing her and yelling. she won't wake up!! I cant afford a vet, my husband is out of town should i shoot her, I don't think I can do that they would do that because last month their horse go loose and came to my house and my dog took the horse down because she thought the horse was attacking me. she is an american bulldog and weighs about 100 pounds, will she die i dont know how much gum she ate~

you probably have an emergency vet in your area.  give them a call and see what options you have.

no offence but this sounds totally trailer trash - like maybe a jerry springer show.  You should probably move.  Many vets will allow you set up a payment plan for emergency work.  Some shelters like the SPCA will offer free service if you can prove you need the assistance. Call a vet and explain.  Good luck!

Call animal control and let them know what's going on.  They might collect the dog, but if you can't afford to take it to the vet, you shouldn't have it anyway.

good luck and i hope all goes well, i had a dog, she mysteriously died in the morning, we never knew why, we are guessing she was infected with rabies and my brother suspected the neighbours

She ate gum?? you shoudent feed dogs gum. but the dog might be in a coma call your husband and see what he thinks if your neighbor did poisin you dog you shoud him to police he will get arrested for it

if she ate gum she should be fine in a while but you can call and emergence vet place and it shouldent cost you any thing if its a serious emericy if it does just call a vet a fone call doesnt caust any thing dont shoot the dog that illigal by law any anamal clamed to be unable to suvive by a certifed vet must be humanly uthanized by a vet. if you shoot it you could be fined up to 1000$ or up to 3 years in jail so i dont suggest doing that. i would just call a vet

no do not shoot her!!!!! if u do i will personally sue u.that is illegal and immoral.call or take her to the vet.my dog was sick 3 weeks after we got her,she had to have 5 meds and intravenous fluids + the consult fee.it was less then 100 dollars. and if u cant afford that, well then u shouldnt have gottan a dog

In reading the snopes website that you listed , it sounds like you need to make her throw up.  Call an emergency vet and ask how - think you give them peroxide but don't know how much.
