I think my son is allergic to raisins?

he broke out in a rash in his diaper area (he is 14 months old) and last night he had what looked like a huge hive on his thigh. this morning the hive went away and the rash started looking better. well i was getting him ready for his bath and he pooped and when i changed him his testicles started bleeding when i used the diaper to get the poo of his genitals and he cried a lot when i wiped him. he tried to get away from me and i noticed he had a hive on each butt cheek. he had raisins sunday night and he ate a lot on monday and hasn't had them since. it was the first time he ate that many only the second time he has had them ever. im pretty sure that is the only food he has had that he never really had before. i'm really worried im actually going to virginia for the weekend becasue i am getting married and i don't want something worse to happen. would he still have these symptoms even though its been a couple days since he ate them...please help!
