ok so i was doing a handstand yesterday and i landed weirdly. my sister says she heard a crack. it really hurts to walk or bend my toe. by the way its my big toe. it still hurts and usually when i land weirdly it hurts for a minute or two then goes away. its still a little (when i say little i mean little) swollen. its not discolored. so if u can help me figure it out like tell me what to do to figure it out. and tell me what u think the best thing to do is. to help it heal too.

thanks in advance!!!!!!!!!

  1. I Used To Be A Gymnast And I've Broken My Big Toe Several Times. There Is A Chance That Your Toe Could Be Broken Cos When I Broke Mine It Was Really Sore To Try And Bend It And Try To Walk And It Only Swells And Discolours A Little. If Its Like What I Just Described You Should Get It Check Out By Your Local GP Or Doctor To See If Its Actually Broken. They Cant Do Much For It, They Just Tape It To The Next Toe, But At Least You Will Know If Its Broken Or Not So You Know To Be Careful With It :) Hope This Helps.

  2. tape the large toe to the one next to it to stabilize it, and just wait for it to heal.  Elevate it as much as you can to keep swelling to a minimum.

  3. I've broken both of my big toes and there is nothing you can do except wear loose shoes (sandals/flip flops) if possible and try not to put weight on it.

  4. Buddy tape the big toe to the next toe.  Take some surgical tape, and tape the two toes together.

Take advil for the pain.  Also ice it down to reduce the swelling.

  5. you probably sprained it or something. my friend is in mma fighting and he was training and kicked the bag with his index and middle toes, they cracked and swelled and felt really "funny", that was about 4 months ago, well recently we were hanging out and he cracked the two toes that were injured. long story short he felt the same pain as he did 4 months ago but it lasted for more days. you've probably done it so many times that something built up in it... did that make sense?

  6. Put a splint on it
