I think people should have a license to breed ?

Society is dumbing down by the minute, people with the IQ of a rock are having 5-7 kids. Those kids could be future leaders of our country, but leading stupidity. Only people with a high enough IQ and respect should be able to breed as I see it.

Although you have a point, but hard to agree.

Singapore Lee has suggested that, but he got the opposite for one of his grandchildren..... your theory didn't work.

People with low IQ and EQ is leading my country now, and they are muslims, malays, they encourage numbers to overpower lesser race in Malaysia....
