  1. Sorry u cant do anything for him!!

  2. Nothing you can do for him at this point.  If his lawyer thinks it's a good idea, you are a potential witness for the defense at the trial, but that's about it.

If he was driving, it all depends on his blood alcohol level, though.  If it was over the legal limit, it doesn't matter if he only had one beer or not.  Depending on a number of factors, (including how long it's been since he drank it, how fast he drank it, if he had anything to eat, his body weight, etc..) one beer could have been enough to push him over that limit.

  3. If I were you, I would stay out of it. There is nothing you can do for him right now.

  4. Don't do anything! If it's his first, he's just going to follow the first timer rules. DO NOT try to do anything except if he calls, take his call. DO NOT spend any money on this. If you do, it's the same as lighting the money on fire, it's gone and it's done nothing. You can call the jail, they will tell you, people call all day and all night. Arrest is public knowledge and if you ask they will tell you. You don't have to tell them who you are and quite frankly they don't care. They won't tell him you called...because...............they don't care!

He'll be out shortly and hopefully he has learned his lesson. He's about to pay a bunch of fees and fines and be on probation and driving school......it's a mess and it's not worth it.

  5. no but you can call the jail

    sorry idk : \

    good luck!

  6. If you call the jail they will tell you if he is eligible for bond/bail tonight or not. They will also tell you how much it is. At that point you can post the entirety of the bond or call a bailbonds man...They are open 24/7 and in the phonebook..

If you cant afford it...then he will have court first thing Monday morning where they will probably cut him loose pending a trial or hearing.
