  1. Sounds like a bad tooth. You need to get him to a vet asap to take care of it. If it's infected, it can get in the bloodstream and cause more problems or even death.  Dental care in cats are VERY important.

  2. The best thing to do for you cat is to go to a vet. Cause If you mess with it It might make It worse.so go to a vet.

  3. Tasha & cygnet21 are right - the crux of the problem is you need to take the cat to the vet's but you don't know how. You can't own a pet without needing to visit a vets sooner or later. I don't drive either but I'm lucky because my husband does.

Find a vet if you haven't one already, family or friends may be able to recommend one. Use the phone book if necessary. Then ring up for surgery times. You could use the bus, family, friends, local animal charity or a taxi to get there. Animal charities & taxi firms are in the phone book. It may be best to check the taxi company will accept a feline passenger first.

Whatever method you choose, a secure cat carrier is vital for all concerned especially your cat. Losing him in a strange place because he's panicking would be disastrous. Beg, borrow or buy a carrier from friends, animal charity or the vets. Our surgery won't let cat's in unless they're in a carrier but they do lend them out. He really needs one of his own & you should look on it as a necessary expense, the same as vet fees.

If you really honestly can't leave the house for some reason & no one will help, you'll have to call the vet out but it will be expensive.

Your cat's clearly in some discomfort, sort out it before he gets really poorly.

    I hope this helps.

  4. well..the answer sort of depends on how old your cat is. if it is a old cat then its teeth are probably rotting...try brushing his teeth if you cant afford a vet.

  5. Take your kitty to the vet. It could be a bad tooth. are something  stuck on it. The cat needs to see a vet.

  6. maybe his tooth is rotting and it hurts so he keeps l*****g it

  7. I'm sure you leave your home in some form or another, so however it is that you get around, take your cat to the vet via that method.  Take a bus, call a cab, have a friend or relative drive you.  You need to take your cat to the vet because it is clearly agitated by whatever's going on with its tooth.

  8. will you take him to the vet for gods sake, i work for the rspca if he were human you wouldnt hesitate to be at the doctors. he is a sentient being feels pain like you and me

  9. It might be a cavity.. You might want to ask a vet about it.

  10. If you had something black around your tooth that was making you uncomfortable for two days would you seek help from a doctor or dentist?  Your cat is no different.  He needs medical attention.  Please don't delay any longer.

  11. Try to take the black thing off the tooth, if it doesn't come off contact your vet!

  12. he will probly need a dental, bad thing is they arnt that cheap, but if hes in need of one its best to get it done as soon as u can b4 it gets worse, take him to a vet when u can

  13. Take your cat to the vet.  He could have a bad tooth which would be easily resolved and much less uncomfortable for the cat.

  14. could be a cavitiy .. i suggest you should take her to the vet incase its serious i dont think it will be tho x hope she is ok  x

  15. It could be a dental issue. Does he eat wet food? Although it is good for them it can progress the dental issues. Cats need their teeth brushed to prevent dental problems just like humans. I would start brushing his teeth, you can find dental brushes for cats at some walmarts or your local pet store, but ultimately get it checked out at the next vet visit before it gets too serious.

  16. maybe something is stuck to his tooth like food or piece of his mouth if he hasnt been acting weird lately he should be fine does your mom think somethings wrong with him?

also make sure u check with the vet just incase

  17. kitty needs to go to the vet for a dental, hop on the bus and get to the vet before it gets worse!
