I can see it already. They'll win two games thanks to Sabathia and Sheets and then they'll get pummeled for the rest of the games. Especially the game Dave Bush is starting.

  1. I don't think so. Plus they will most likely bring Sheets or Sabathia back to pitch the 5th game (maybe even the 4th depending on the travel days.)

I see them making the NLCS at least if they make the playoffs. And this is coming from a Cubs fan. They're getting hot at the right time and the Cubs aren't hitting. There's still two months to go, but the Cubs need to step it up or they'll be watching the Brewers in the playoffs.

  2. As long as they beat the Cubs - I will be happy!

  3. I think I smell something . Hmm --- I wonder what it is .

Oh yeah , I know . It's the odor of the Cubs fans sh*ting in their pants with FEAR .

  4. Don't you think that it is really too close to call?  Right now they are tied for first place with the Cubs and could wind up winning the division, going to the playoffs as a wild card, or not making the playoffs at all.  If they do make the playoffs Sabathia and Sheets are good enough to carry the team on their shoulders and the Brewers could beat any team in a short series.  My suggestion to you is to just sit back and enjoy the great game of baseball because it is looking like all the divisions could have a close race down the stretch.

  5. I think your an idiot.

What, are you a Cubs fan?  Finally scared, huh?

  6. I think the Brewers will make the WS. They have a lot of talent and Manny Parra is often overlooked. He has been very good for Milwaukee.

  7. nah theyll be an NLCS team or lose in the 5th and final game in the NLDS. too much talent.

  8. I think the Brew Crew is going to the world series while the Cubbies sit at home crying as they watch them on t.v. disappointing because they still believe that every team is intitled to a bad century

  9. Actually, I believe that in the 4 game sweep of the Cardinals, Sabathia and Sheets pitched only 2 of those games. Meaning, Manny Parra and Jeff Suppan pitched the others. (And they obviously won them seeing that it was a sweep).

We have a good pitching staff.  It seems they've finally found their groove.

And sometimes, our best pitches don't win well-pitched ballgames because the offense doesn't give them enough run support.  But that hasn't really been the case in these past couple games.

Oh, and the last time Dave Bush started, it was one of his best outings (I can't really remember...it might've been 2 starts ago).  And, in this new rotation, he'll be pitching at home and Seth McClung will take his spot on the road.

  10. I still maintain they will win the Wild Card and I think if they don't win they will give the NL east or west team a rough time.
