Personally, I disagree with both.

I fail to see what makes Mr. Kennedy World Championship material. All he ever has was a catchy gimmick, and even his gimmick's not that catchy IMO.

Jeff Hardy's unreliable and he should not be given any title until he's proven to be clean of drugs and not touch them for a long time.
