I think whether someone is old or young is relative depending on who's answering

So, I like to know if the age 25 is considered young, or old Socially and Generally.

Depends on the company.  In McDonald's you would be considered old as many of your co-workers would most likely be in high school.  However, if you were working in a company with older workers then you would be considered young.  It's all relative.
