I thought I was pregnant but now i'm not sure.?

I am thinking there is a good chance of me being pregnant but today I am spotting. I don't know if its my period or what... but . I heard that if your pregnant it should be a brownish color... what do you think?

I have had spotting at the beginning of the month for the last 2 years and I am 12 weeks pregnant.  You will only know for sure if you go get a pregnancy test.  It will ease your mind knowing one way or another.

More than likely it's nothing serious...it could be that your period is late or irregular and this can be caused by many, many things. On the other hand, if you're experiencing pain, burning or itching down there perhaps you should make an appointment with your GP for an exam, just to put your mind at ease. If this is around the time your period would be starting then that is probably what it is and you should just monitor yourself for the next couple of days until you're absolutely sure it is simply your period. But as I said, if anything abnormal develops, go to the doctor and get it looked after.
