me and my fiance' were hoping for a baby as most couples are and I figured that after i sought out medical advice we would have a better chance. Well I thought that my cycle was 28 days long and i was expecting a new cycle to start on the 19th of August. Days and days went by after the 19th and no period. As any women would i secretly got happy hoping that we had a bundle of joy on the way and then we had s*x last night for the first time in days because i had no urge for s*x. It was sooo painful, so a little bleeding occurred but not enough to wear any protection. So throughout the night I felt nothing!!, as I urinated this morning I saw more light spotting. As I proceeded to take my stepson to school I noticed terrible cramping. When I returned home to check things out there was still very little leakage. I have the cramps of a full blown menstruation but not much leakage, could this be the beginning of my period and the end of my baby thoughts for this month or could i still be prego im just having a little light period?

  1. have you taken a HPT? you could be late, that could be implantation bleeding.... if it seems severe i'd go see a Dr.

    hope all works out =)

  2. As frustrating as it may be, time is the best solution to your question. Wait a couple of days, you may see the cramping and spotting lead into your period, on the other hand you may see it clear up in which case I would recommend taking a pregnancy test.

  3. It kinda sounds like your period!!  I would wait to see if the spotting goes away and then go from there.  But if the pain is serious, I would go to the doctor, but hoping its not that and you get your wish!! Good Luck Luck and God Bless!!!

  4. I'm sorry but to me that sounds like it's your period.

  5. It could really be both. The only solution is to either take a pregnancy test to see what it says or wait it out. It may take a couple of days for you to get your period or this could be some implantation bleeding. I would take a test and start there. Take it with your first morning pee since that contains the most hormone. If the bleeding doesn't get more severe but the cramps become really intense I would head to the doctor something more serious might be going on. Good luck and I really hope it works out for you.
