Mccain is 72 years old with cancer. This women could end up being our President. Do republicans care about foreign policy? If so why did McCain make this decision? What kind of judgement does this show he has?

  1. All I have heard from liberals today is how Sarah Palin is not experienced enough to be a heart beat away from the presidency. She has THE SAME amount of experience as Barack Obama. Obama would not be heart beat away, he WOULD BE the president, with the same lack of experience as Palin. Why do liberals not get this fact??

  2. She has no more or less experience that Obama. Actually if you were assigning points, the governor of a state has more experience running a government entity that a senator or congressman.

This is a surprising choice, but a prudent choice. Should placate the die hard hillary partisans.

  3. The really don't care about anything besides winning the elections. They will probably have Bush, Cheney, Rove, Rumsfels  and Romney manipulating the marionettes behind the scenes. What a horrible prospect!

  4. This was clearly a pandering pick.

With the Dems presenting a woman who ran (but lost) and a black nominee, McCain's people thought he had to stay on the cutting edge of societal evolution and go with a babe.

  5. don't you think that the politicians want you to be scared because someone lacks foreigh policy?   why is foreign policy more important to the people than having their taxes raised or losing more of their freedoms or the price of food and gas?   foreign policy is just something to get the voters exicted about so that they can slip one by us.      vote for the person and their abilities to lead  and all of the other stuff will fall in line.    a good leader picks great people for their cabinets that will make them great not just good.     mr  doodles

  6. Hey she told them she had foreign policy experience.  He car insurance policy is with Zurich America, isn't that a foreign policy?  <Grin>

  7. LOL ... she has executive experience which is more important to start, because you can get good advisers on foreign policy, unless you are a democrat, then you have access to idiots pretty much.

Obama has 0 executive experience, and 0 foreign policy experience, so she is far more ready to be president than Obama is, and she is the VP pick, not the presidential pick. She will also get great experience as VP, unless McCain kicks off all of a sudden, which is highly unlikely considering his health is great.

It's funny as heck that someone who backs ZERO Obama for President, can go after a VP choice with so much more qualification to be president than Obama ... LOL!

  8. This lady is doing more for foreign policy than our whole Congress put together.  Her state holds resources that can benefit our entire country.  She's suing the government and their environmental wackos with their faulty science for not allowing Alaska access to it.  Being more energy independent would help our country more than anything else.  You have to have a rounded team.

  9. The (R) means the GOP Ideology.  I will s***w over every American by lying to them and do what we want to do with out accountable
