my ex broke up with me 1 month ago. He called me here and there afterward just to see how im doing. 5 more days passed and i called him just to see if he can get me (something) and he said in a few days ok bye and i said bye.

How quick and shady was that =(

We were together 5 yrs - is he over me already or just busy

He is trying to move on with his life. He isn't interested in getting back together with you, because if he were he would be as attentive as he was when you were together. Get on with your life,  and don't maintain contact with him....it won't help you get over him.

Doesn't mean he's not missing you but he did break up with you for a reason and he probably doesn't want to start the same patterns back that you had when you were still together.

Break ups stink!  You lose your love and your best friend (the one you can call for anything and know they care and will help)!  

Sweetie you are best not "relying" on him for anything like you used to!

I hope it works out for you - whatever direction will be best for you (with him or without him)!
