I've currently missed 2 periods. Have had numerous bfn's & one really faint bfp. I went to the dr on friday, so I should have the results this week.

Now, I told my boyfriend [of over 4yrs] that if I'm not pregnant, I would get on birth control. I don't 100% believe myself.

I want to do it so it can regulate my periods & for the most obvious reason, but I've heard stories of it causing infertility.

I want to, but I don't.

In the past, I've taken depo [bad] & nuvaring [also bad]. The hormones in both made me sick.

Idk what I should do.

Any ideas?

THANKS IN ADVANCE!

  1. What do you worry for? If you're pregnant now so be it as things happen like an accident which nobody prefers. If the problem is your bf who would not accept it, he's not worthy for not having the guts to stand for it. But if it's you who can't accept it, then all you can do is suffer the consequences of your acts. In the first place it wouldn't have happen without you doing it. Be responsible enough.

  2. Go on the pill, either a combination pill or progestin-only pill.  It doesn't cause infertility.  You can get pregnant anywhere between a month to longer after getting off the pill.
