I told my mom I hated something I liked. feel bad ?

My mom bought me this bright pink and furry vest for $60 and when she took it out of the bag I said I hated of but when she left I tried it on and I love it. I really hurt her feelings and she Is gonna return it too. I just didn't think it was worth $60 especially since money is tight right now.what should I do?!?

Just tell her you felt bad it was so expensive,if that's how you feel of course.But you appreciate and really love it.Make sure you apologize like crazy though.

that was really bitchy of you. i dont know why you would say something like that. you should try to find out why you say things to hurt her like that. but in the mean time apologize gor being such a brat and tell your mother how you really feel. stupid ****.

Why don't just tell her you like it  and just say sorry I guess  but it  would  also makes her happy if  you  wear  it  for the day ! : )

Apologize, accept the gift and let your mother worry about the money. Sometimes parents get more pleasure out of doing something special for their kids than doing something for themselves. After all she could have spent the money on herself. If you really think it is not worth the money suggest that you and she take it back the go shopping together at a less expensive store and each get something new.
