  1. If you ordered from a UK company you can get the money  back if you paid by credit card. Which company has ripped you off?

  2. there is a postal strike on at the moment - might be held up?

call the supplier, get them to trace the dispatch and find out where the goods are.

tell them you haven't received them.

  3. First of all check that you have been ripped off and the stuff hasn't just got held up in the postal strike.  Contact the suppliers and ask them.

If you get no joy, contact the credit card company.  If the goods cost more than £100, they are jointly responsible and they will give you your money back.  If they cost less than £100, they are still in a position to put pressure on the suppliers.

  4. If you paid with a CREDIT CARD and not a debit card. The credit card company will have to pay you any losses.

  5. If there's not a postal stike issue here and your suppliers are just not intending to send you your goods, I think I'm right in saying that the suppliers are in breach of a bilateral contract. You could therefore take civil action against them, either to retrieve your goods or seek financial reimbursement - I think you'd have a good case. Good luck. x
