I alo received an e mail from sanderland recruitment agency that I was appointed as a manager in Uk farm Uk marine, they asked me to pay a sum total of 750 pound(sterllings) so that they can start processing the formalities like work and residence permits and other necessary documents, In this connection, first of all I want to know how genuine is this offer , what's the guarantee to the money that we're going to pay

Seriously, you are being scammed and if you send any money you will never see it again, and you will most definitely not receive any work permit/visa/flight tickets.
