i cant find much on it. i'd say stay awake until you feel back to normal, and if you start to feel really bad or anything get some help immediately.

im not saying this means you will be fine because everyone reacts differently, so i would still suggest getting help just in case. to be honest, i just did dxm tonight as well... but i didnt do triple c's because triple c's contain a chemical substance called chlorpheniramine Maleate, which can be very bad and even fatal in high doses. i dont suggest doing dxm, but if you do and before you do anything know what you are getting yourself into before taking the chances. goodluck.

if it is a drug and you are afriad it could kill you, I suggest you call your local pharmacist, poison control or emergency room right NOW.

Why on earth would anyone take that much cold medicine, doesn't make sense to me. I would call the poison control hotline and ask them. I do know however if you continue to use Triple C's to get high or in such high doses you will end up with high blood pressure at the least.

Flowerbe for some reason teens have been taking these in large amounts to get high. Cheap high I guess, but yes very dangerous.

I did find some info on the drug and yes you do need to go to the hospital NOW  This drug (chlorpheniramine maleate) causes seizures, heart problems, vomiting and lots more
