  1. That is not good. Once you reach 300 mg of caffeine a day you start to have problems with many health conditions from too much caffeine.  It not only depletes your body of calcium but it also depletes it of B Vitamins (which are necessary for mental and physical energy themselve) and it also dehydrates you. It takes more water to process caffeine than a normal caffeinated beverage contains so even by getting your caffeine in a drink does you no good.

Drink more water. Being properly hydrated will increase your motabolism and energy naturally by 3%.

  2. actually, that is in the range of what most experts consider normal.

  3. *Limit caffeine intake to 300 milligrams or less per day.

*Eat a diet rich in calcium - aim for 1,200 milligrams per day - from sources such as low fat dairy foods, dark green leafy vegetables, dry beans, tofu made with calcium and canned fish with edible bones.

*Add low-fat milk to regular coffee drinks or mix decaffeinated coffee with regular coffee.

*Replace some caffeinated drinks with water throughout the day.

calcium lose because of caffeine is little but Limit caffeine intake and eat a diet rich in calcium is very important for you are only 16.

  4. It's not that bad, honey.

Don't drink coffee next week and everything shall be normal again.
