No. Vicodin is nothing other than Acetaminophen and Codeine. You might be having an abnormal reaction to the drug, so I suggest you talk to your Doctor about it. In the interim, stop taking it.

Yes vicodin will make you hear voices, same as if you took 16 benedryl tablets. I use to have a problem with pills of all kinds, it was really bad, but yes it is normal.

4 vicodins isn't THAT much... I mean, it will get you substantially high, but it won't kill you or anything.

Voices are probably just your subconscious that you are more aware of from the drugs. Don't worry about going crazy/etc. you are letting the drugs make you paranoid. All is well, you are just pretty high and it's turned a bit sour. Don't sweat it, try to enjoy : )

Don't take anymore btw, 4 is plenty enough.

After a near fatal car crash I was on some heavy duty Vicodan and I was really hallucinating.  Is that normal? I know people who take handfuls of the stuff to get high but I guess you can say they're not normal.

No! Hearing voices has nothing to do with Vicodin.  Plus you cant take that many at once your stomach and liver can fail.  If you are taking something else with them it will make the other drug more potient.  I would seek medical attention right away.  Something could be seriously wrong. Call someone to take you to an urgent care or hospital right away!

this drug is a narcotic.. so its strong.. I know its famous with people who like heroin.. You should only take the reccomended dose and NO that is NOT normal nor was taking 4 pills at one time. so chill and if you still find yourself trippin then go to the hospital right away. In fact just go to the hospital NOW. Keep your mind distracted from the voices and dont do anything stupid. Listen to music to block your voices.

Don't listen to these guys........Honestly I once took 16 Vicodin in 6 hours, they were 500 mg...........I swear I'm not lying,  I didn't hear any voices though....I wish I did, that would be awesome....If you smoke weed, smoke a little and that calms you down, and hits the spot!

Yes...except for the taking 4 vicadins.  You have a serious painkiller addiction and I doubt you are able to handle it.  Stop taking the vicadins and deal with the pain.  Pain hurts, but it will eventually go away.

I am a mental health tech... so listen to me... unless these pills were prescribed to you and you are taking the suggested dose, stop taking them.If they are yours and your taking them as directed, then call your dr. a.s.a.p. I deal with patients each and everyday who suffer from overdose, hallucinations, and schizophrenia. You do not want to end up in a psych ward. I promise you that. Find a positive way to deal with your feelings and maybe set up an appointment with a therapists.
