I took 5mg of vicodin last night and i have a hair drug test for school

Question

I took 5mg of vicodin last night and i have a hair drug test for school, will the vicodin show up since it was only 5mg and i only have done it once. Any ways to get it out faster either. please help

I doubt your hair will grow so fast in one day for this to show up on a hair test.  They will cut your hair very close to the scalp but they will usually leave a few millimeters.  A urine test will show a positive for opiates, just like heroin. Unfortunately, you can't get something out of your system for a hair test, only a urine/blood test.  I have read that dyeing your hair will render the hair test invalid.

well explain that to the person taking your hair and they should be able to detect that it was just that you took

rememebr prescription drugs show up different to illegal and they know how to defernciate between them
