I took Provera for 10 days?

My period disappeared for almost 2 years so I decided to go to a doctor. She gave me 10 days of provera and the third day after I finished them I got my period. It is extremely light and only shows up sometimes. It's been like this for two days. How long should I expect it to last? Will it get heavier? & Will my period return monthly?

The lightness of your period may last a few more days and may get heavier.

With the help of the medication you should hopefully have your periods be more regular.

I would recommend getting back in touch with your doctor to let her know what's going on so that she can evaluate the situation further.
