Ok i tried a 10mg cialis pill lastnight.. before i went to the movies with this girl and then when i came back to my house i took another 10mg... and i still couldnt get up i was only semi erected, do i have to be sexually excited for it to work? im actual upset that i made my self look embarassed..

Yes, you have to be aroused, and these things do not work for everyone.  You can not expect to get an erection just by popping a pill if you are overwhelmed with worries about your income tax return at the same time.  Levitra or Viagra might work better for you.

You shouldn't be taking Cialis or any kind of medication if you don't know how it works or if it wasn't prescribed to you by a MD.

it don,t work by itself. your girl has to get you excited first, before it will work. ask your dr. he will tell you the same thing.
