I took a drug test but dont know if i passed.?

Question

ok i took a drug test today and to pass you have to have 2 pink lines on each slot. ok i had two pink lines on everyslot but on one i has a pink background with two pink lines. all the other slots had a white background. The lady said ok i can see this is negative and let me get my physical. Well i heard her and a doctor saying something about a slot. Whats going on
