I took a pregnancy test today and it came out negative...?

i brought a first response test and i took the test early in the morning. today is 4 days before my period and its negative what should i do because i am trying to become pregnant and its just not working out. HELP!!!!

Your hCG hormone that detects pregnancy doubles each day. I would wait until the day that you are supposed to start and test. If you don't have your period and still get a negative result, wait a few more days and test again. It is very frustrating, but hang in there. I am 5 days late for my period and still don't know if I am pregnant becuase I keep getting a negative result. Good Luck!

early pregnancy tests only have like 56% chance (or something like that) of detecting pregnancy so early. Sooo... there is still a good chance your pregnant. Dont give up til AF arrives =)

Hey, my wife took the same test when we were trying and it came back negative until she was 4 days late on her period and then it was positive. I wouldn't trust it to be a true negative until you for sure get your monthly friend.

Try a dollar store brand they work. Wait a few days and test again. GL

Trying to conceive is a very hard, tedious process. It always seems to happen to those who aren't trying and not to the ones who genuinely want a baby. Timing has to be impeccable. You must e ovulating for the best outcome.
