I took chicken out yesterday to defrost (left in my fridgerator)

Assuming that you put it in the freezer sometime close to the time you bought the chicken it is fine fine fine

That is the correct way to thaw meat, so it should be fine. Just smell it and inspect it, you'll be able to tell. Always rinse it then smell. Lot of times people lay food out on the counter to thaw which can be danderous if you are not careful, it shouldn't get warm.

i think its fine,always completly defrost it before cooking! ive took it out the  freezer the night before and im still here! proof its ok! lol. enjoy.
