I took out a pay advance and struggled to pay it off.I am being served papers for this now... NEED ADVICE.?

Not much advice to give...I feel for you.

This is why they charge all the fees and the big interest rates, so they can chase you down.

For the future, If the bank won't lend you money, you shouldn't be borrowing.

Have you payed anything on it?  If so then it will look better for you.

Have you spoken with an attorney?  Consultations are usually free.

Can any friends/family members loan you money?

Pay advance loans are one of the worst traps you can get into.  It's very hard to get out once you are trapped.  It's easier said, but somehow try to pay it off and never get back into it./
