yeah this is normal....i just started birth control to and my doctor said that if you see spotting or your period isn't as long as before that that was normal and not to be worried....so your fine...hope i helped

I took a plan B once and i didnt have any real side effects at all except for some cramping. It could in fact be your period if your not sure and havent kept up with your cycle thats fine i say you just go and get a check up and make sure to tell your doctor you took a Plan B contraceptive, she/he will just make sure nothing out of ordinary is in your blood or a pap smear.
