  1. That happened to me. I took progesterone to bring on my cycle so I could continue with my fertility treatments and my period never came because I was pregnant! We were all very surprised. I thought I hadn't ovulated that month but ..... I guess I did! LOL so in answer to your question....YES you could be pregnant go to the doctor.
