I took snowboarding lessons at North Star about a year ago, and I said that I was level 4, but they put me in?

level 3 instead. Then, level 3 became "full", and they put me in level 1. After lunch, I was able to move back to level 4, where I was stuck w/ a 6 year old and an 8 year old. Neither were Level 4 material. So, after my trip, I went on their website and complained about the lesson, but they never replied, is it too late to send my problem again?

It is much better to resolve the problem in person at the time.   The question I have to ask is were you taught anything  in class to improve your riding skills?  You should have spoken to the school director at the time. Since the areas are closed for the summer, do not expect any quick answers.
