I took someones ideal and started taking golden seal, is there anything i can do to get that out my system?

i stop smoking marj. about a month ago and took someone's bright ideal and starting taking goldenseal. I took them for about 3 day. Now i have a drug test in 8 to 10 days. Is there anything i can do to get the goldenseal out my system before i am tested.

cranberry juice will flush it out of your system drink lots of it! that and sweat as much as possible

I would suggest taking yourself for a run everyday and drinking water to sweat and pee it all out. I just took a drug test myself and coughed up the 30 bucks to clean my system out. But of course the best action to take is to just not smoke period.Even though weed is better for you than alcohol, its illegal and makes you unmotivated.
