The nursing process depends on how well you can critically think. That is what they were testing you on. How well do you interpret information, draw conclusions, and refine them. If you want to take the test again, try doing some logical thinking problems. Like if A=B, then B must =? Also, learn how to brainstorm and refine your ideas... almost like an experiment.
