I took the bolt out of the end of the neck of my guitar and put it back now the neck curves slightly.........?

I took the bolt out of the end of the neck of my guitar and put it back now the neck curves slightly and the strings hit the middle of the fret board. Is there a way to straighten it back out i've tried tightening it or loosening it. Is it ruined, I don't really care if it is its a cheap guitar. But it worked before I messed with it lol

Why in the world you took the truss rod out.....bad idea.
