I took two caffeine pills today for the first time....1 at like 1 am and another ant like 6...

now ppl r telling me that i shouldnt be taking them..

that i could OD on them?!?!?

i dont drink alot of soda...

not that this matters but i dont do and kind of drugs either..

i drink alot of water...

so what do yall think?!?

People telling you not to take them are right.  You shouldn't take ANY pills unless you absolutely have to, like a headache or a doctor's order.  Don't take chances with your health.

You can overdose on caffeine, it can kill you, but you would have to take a LOT of caffeine pills.  Even if you don't overdose, though, it will have a lot of effects on your physiology.  If you don't normally consume a lot of caffeine, the effects of such massive doses will probably be very unpleasant.  

If you're not addicted to caffeine, why start using it?  Even small amounts of caffeine can profoundly worsen your sleep, make you anxious, and cause dental stains and health problems like FBS.  I've consumed caffeine for most of my life. It's not something you want to start if you're not already on it.  

Taking two caffeine pills won't hurt you.  But caffeine is highly addictive and has a much bigger effect on your system than most people realize.
