I tore my rotor cuff at work ,had surgery,comp wanted to settle this for 7,000 dollars,then offered 10,000 dol

with out IME,had IME done ,gave me 5% impairment for my shoulder,lost range of motion,does anybody know what they give for 5% impairment in wv ?

Look at it like this ,what jobs am I now qualified for to make the same money or more ? Your old place of work will get rid of you for some reason right after you settle.If your shoulder still hurts,can you go back to work and will it tear again doing the same job.Ten to Fifteen thousand is all you will get at 5%.Ask them if they will train you for a better paying job because comp does not care.They think you can make it on minamum wage and will give you the boot.
