I totalled my car and the guy I hit's car. Will my insurance cover mine and his?

I have full coverage insurance. I t-boned a car pulling out on to the road. Both mine and his car are totalled. Will my insurance renburse him and i both?

  1. It depends on a LOT Of things. Where you paying attention, speeding, was he speeding, drinking?   Were you working (during your job hours when It happened, what about him? Was he working and was it a company car?)    

    Your lawyer will need to go over the evidence in your case to see if you did anything wrong and believe me, you will WANT a lawyer (unless you believe you did something wrong)....without a lawyer, the car insurance company can take more away from you than helping you.  

    If he had liability only, he can only cover you.  I believe if you have full-coverage, it will also only over you.

  3. Yes, that is the reason for insurance. It sounds like the accident was your fault, and if that is the case, you can expect higher insurance rates in future.

  4. Yes, that's what the full coverage insurance is for.  It'll cover any damage up to what the car is worth before it was wrecked.  And will pay for any injuries. You don't have to worry.  Hope you and the other driver are okay.
