I totally need a new phone and am heavily considering the sprint Instinct: HELP! ?

Question

I need a GREAT phone and the instinct looks like one but i'm really not catching much feedback. Any help is appreciated! Thanks A million!

P.S I'm a huge texter and i email a lot, Is the phone good for these? and any regrets on buying it???

The Instinct is an awesome phone! It has a touch screen and fast internet browsing and its great for texting! You will not be disappointed with this phone!

Pretty much the only way anyone can afford this great phones it by signing a new contract (and for the iPhone, you have no Choice).  So see what service your friends are on and try to get their top of the line phone on the same provider (so you get all the free mobile to mobile minutes).  Honestly, I have had sprint and loved it.  They will be bringing something new to the table called Wi-Max, and it will make 3G look like my grandmother on the highway (my god is she slow). I am now on a plan with ATT and it is ok, it is a work phone so the price it right.  I have had 2 smart phones on ATT (Nokia 9300 and the iPhone 3G) and it has been ok.  The iphone is much better than the N9300 in terms of internet connection, but 9300 rocked for texting and E-mailing.

All I have to say is avoid Verizon and do not think that for a second that the DARE is like an iPhone.  The Dare is awful and not in the same league.  So if you want a iPhone, get one.  If you want iPhone like features with out giving into Steve Jobs, Instinct or wait for the HTC Dream to come out (T-Mobile). If you want a Let down, DARE (Verizon)

i used to have nextel (the all-time worst cellphone provider) and since they have teamed up with sprint, i'm pretty sure they both stink. Go with verizon or cingular or something. They both have a great selection of phones with features including texting and e-mail.
