I touch download from youtube?

i have been using this site to get videos off youtube then on to my i touch but for some vids i can't get it to work here is the site http://www.videocodezone.com/conversion.php

i want to put the youtube comedy show arby n the chief on there but that won't load well all of them wouldn't but the second vid is http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2L1eKPpuNiY i can't get either to load i just want to put it on my i touch i know how to do it know can someone explain this to me or give me a site i can do this no converting thank you

YouTube video is flv, so it can't play on i touch.
